Our basic service fees are listed below

Once we have diagnosed your computer problem, we will give you an estimate before

performing any work. In the rare instance that we cannot fix your problem,

we don't charge you.

Virus Removal $130.00 (one hour minimum)**

Most simple viruses and maintenance tasks can be performed in an hour. However,

some aggressive viruses can take up to 3 hours to safely remove; depending on the

type of virus and the extent of the infection.

Install router with wireless network

Clean up sluggishness and do regular maintenance

Data Recovery Option 1:

Transferring files from a drive in good working order

Data Recovery Option 2:

Recovery of deleted files from a drive in good working

order and/or advanced recovery of deleted files from

a failing hard drive

Data Recovery Option 3:

Extreme recovery methods utilized for recovery

of a damaged drive--estimated per job

*Customer must provide drive or format for backup or pay for us to provide a

backup format of their choice

*Additional hours will be billed at $55 an hour

*After hour calls will be billed at $105 an hour (weekdays after 5 or on weekends)
